New Chapter Chair Bootcamp

This session will cover AlumniTools, chapter reporting requirements, alumni and student outreach strategies, how to build and organize an effective leadership board, event-planning fundamentals, an introduction to replenishment grants, and how to navigate and use Chapterpedia. This is recommended for new regional chapter chairs.
Cosmo Leads a Chapter

We’ll discuss principles of leadership that help drive engagement, participation, and volunteerism. How might you adapt your leadership style to fit the needs and goals of your chapter? Impact of Replenishment Grants

What replenishment grants are, how to award them, and the importance of a replenishment grant board. This session will also include testimonials and examples demonstrating the meaningful impact these grants have had on chapters and communities.

Come learn how BYU Alumni is using the CASE Alumni Engagement Metrics framework to better understand and strengthen alumni engagement.
