  • Each chapter is allowed 2 complimentary registrations. Others from the chapter are welcome to join the summit but must pay separately. Please have additional people from your chapter register on the Eventbrite page. They should use the “Full Conference” ticket.

  • As a registered participant in the Summit you are expected to attend all Summit activities. If you will not be attending any of the provided meals or football game, please fill out the registration form correctly, informing us of what you'll be opting out of. This will mitigate unused tickets and meals.

  • As you complete the registration you will be asked which meals and events you will be attending. If your plans change after that, look carefully at the tentative agenda, then email alumnichaptersast@byu.edu, and explain which activities or meals you will not be attending.

  • We recommend Repping the Y and wearing your casual BYU gear throughout the summit.

  • We will be providing breakfast, lunch and dinner on Thursday and on Friday. During registration you will have the opportunity to opt out of meals if you wish.

  • We do not provide housing. You are free to stay anywhere. Be sure to ask if there is a BYU discount.

  • First, study the tentative agenda to learn when time has been allocated for such events.

    Then, read all the information on the Student Gatherings page, and sign up on the Google Spreadsheet linked on the page.

  • No, because of the fast moving nature of the classes and lectures it is best for alumni leadership only.

  • Only first time attendees of the summit (prev. known as conference) can qualify for a travel reimbursement. For more information open the link for the Travel Reimbursement page.

  • You can park in any visitor parking. The closest being by the Museum of Art, east of the Hinckley Center.

  • Each chapter registered is eligible to receive 2 complimentary tickets to the football game. The tickets will be distributed on the first day of the conference. Read here for how to download your tickets.

  • There is no Spectacular this year.
